On the home screen, you can quickly view your paycheck, clock in and out, access messages, complete tasks, and more. Customize your navigation to easily access the features you use the most.

What can employees do in the app?

<li>Edit personal information, search the company directory, or view current and historical pay information</li>
<li>Receive push notifications for activities such as time-off request approvals, availability of checks, chats, and more</li>
<li>Access Community, Paylocity's social collaboration hub, to receive important updates from leaders and connect with peers</li>
<li>Request early access to a portion of earned wages</li>
<li>Review schedules and timesheets</li>
<li>Clock in and out</li>
<li>View an interactive org chart to check the organizational structure and communicate with colleagues</li>
</ul>

What can supervisors do in the app?

<li>Submit, view, and approve time-off requests with real-time push notifications</li>
<li>Review and approve timecards</li>
<li>Review and approve expense reports</li>
<li>Manage Journal entries for direct reports</li>
<li>Create, view, and edit schedules and shifts</li>
</ul>

Security features:

<li>Biometric functions are available for secure quick logins</li>
<li>All activities are encrypted and securely routed to Paylocity servers</li>
<li>Sessions will time out after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access</li>
<li>If there are excessive failed login attempts, the user account will be locked</li>

App usage:
To use the Paylocity Mobile App, your employer must be a Paylocity client, and you must have authorized access with Paylocity credentials. Please note that security role rights, specific access to the Paylocity mobile application, and available functionality may vary from company to company.
